If anyone's having trouble. It fits a lot better if you do the blue line first then the red 2nd. I had a heck of a time making it fit until I reversed it

Blue line is the 'curved line side' as shown in the instruction - which means it gets done first anyway.

What doesn't make sense is that, logically, you can't access all of the red line area if the blue is done first.

We just removed it an hour after installation. Terrible for rain. Tends to pool up top and run down inside by the zipper. I'm just glad it started raining in the evening and not at night while we were sleeping.

Okay but my window frame has a crank and a lever for a lock so where am I suppose to put the Velcro? Over those two??

I put mine in the inside edge to avoid the crank and lock which are on the ledge. It's holding up nicely given its one a small track.

I’m having the same issue, and ours our right against the “inside” of the frame. If I try to install it around them, vs in front of/above them, it would close them in the seal. Sigh. Nothing is ever as simple as it’s supposed to be, for me at least, lol.

You can put them inside or outside - wherever the velcro best fits ( you just might need to open the zipper to access them)

Is the sticky tape Velcro easily removed without marking and can it be reused or do u need to buy replacement each time you take down/put back up? Thanks

It can be removed with some glue remover. Can't be used again unfortunately

I have the bottom of the window about 1 meter high (I live in an attic apartment) and so the pipe keeps pulling off the zipper or sometimes the pipe just slips out of it no matter what I do. My window is not rectangular or square because it follows the plane of the roof at the top of the window and the window is bigger than the average windows, so the net is just tricky for it. But what else can I do?

I taped mine to a 45* 6" stovepipe - bending it to the best angle and thats what mostly hangs out the window - stays out just fine. (I also tied the zippers around it together with long zip ties so it can't fall out (or in)).

The instructions are wrong , reverse the curved side with the straight side else zipper will be wrong side
