Great video. I isolate the other way though ( counter clockwise) so it feels like a brain twister for me trying to figure out where which way to turn haha.

Thank you very much for the lesson! I def understand the ghosting part better than I have after any other vid ^_^ I am still stuck at phase 2 though cuz I just can't seem to find a faux-finger placement that works to keep the hoop somewhat near my illusion hand while the hoop rolls over my working hand. If I don't rein the hoop in somewhat with the illusion hand then the hoop extends further than the illusion hand can reach. Unfortunately when I try to rein it in, it catches on my fingers & slows down the rolling. Is this a common problem or is it something dumb I'm doing like using a hoop that's too big? Or just needing to keep practicing it til it happens? Even with a 32 & 29 this is happening :'-O Thank you in advance!

Ok so I tried a lighter hoop that is bigger and I can barely hold that one either I got it better but it hurts my arm how do I fix this!?

So I tried it again with smaller and heavier hoop and when u go back to 6 o clock after going to 9 o clock I can't do it do u have any tips the hoop always falls forward
