hey I was wondering if you have any tips on keeping it close to your body? whenever i do it the lower part of the hoop goes up in the air and so i end up just swinging it around my head at an angle more then smearing it around my body

Second two handed smear is actually called a barrel roll. The smear stays on the body as it goes around. Thanks for the one handed smear... I need that trick.
