Wonderful tutorial. I'm really having a hard time with breaks. I found i need to go a little faster and also you mentioned not to break too tight and actually give a push. I think that was some trouble shooting for me. I'm holding my hoop hostage making it fall. Thanks will be paying much more attention to this. 😙

It looks like the hoop Kat is using a polypro hoop that weighs about 10oz is is at least 30" or smaller. Larger diameter, thicker tubing hoops can be more challenging for breaks.

you can't learn it, it is very fast. You are not a good teacher for it.
