lol, this is why Kuminga and Moody (and Wiseman) have been terrible in the offense. It’s micro-second decision making. Didn’t realize Hield was this smart of a player. (Also, props to Pod who somehow has the basketball intuition to understand the plays so early in his career. That’s why he was on the court last year.)

This isn’t aging well
@andysauro1500Күн бұрын
I totally understand what youre saying, let's be 100% honest their age + experience is a factor, and Podz is a prodigy. But i hope you also notice the growth these guys are showing so far. Id day Moody looks like he has integrated into the system better, while Kuminga seems to click an all cylinders with the 2nd unit and looks more for his with the first unit. That being said, Kuminga is an exceptional talent you dont want to lose. Remember Pops famous quote "Kawhi became great when he learned that when we call his play it doesn't mean he has to score".

@@Newportnews98 Why would anything change from their years 1-3 and the 3 years of Wiseman? Did someone invent a time machine and change their play from 2020-2024?

I really think the only weakness we have is the paint defense, if we are able to have defensive schemes to cover big man like Anthony Davis, we really have a solid chance at a 5th ring.

imo, Klay is in a good position. If he flourishes in Dallas, he wins. If he fails in Dallas, he always has a place where he's wanted. And he's playing ball at a discount.

This team look really good.

The man's name is Trayce Jackson-Davis, but you can call him TJD. I like your breakdowns but honestly I don't think those selections illustrated the movement that some other plays might have. We had Buddy ending the play with a contested layup and Buddy ending the play with a between the legs dribble against a taller man tightly defending. YEah he scored both but Dubs can get better looks, and often do.

The way Heald fits into this offense is incredible, yet shifting the team’s core identity could disrupt their championship chemistry.
@svk_5104Күн бұрын
The championship chemistry was gone after the ‘22 championship. Hield is gonna be able to run the same actions that they used for Klay and then some because he’s a better playmaker and decision maker than Klay.
@yasyas618Күн бұрын
🤨 Hield’s 3pt ability is INSANE - to get ANOTHER guy like that is basically the PERFECT fit for GSW; not even to mention replacing Klay, which is huge for the franchise Hield inspires the rest of the crew to step up and help Curry finish what was started in GSW by creating an entire Splash Sniper Squad absolutely amazing timing to reinvigorate GSW, and seriously a perfect weapon to continue to just make team’s heads spin when there is basically ANOTHER Steph roaming around dropping bombs; LET ALONE the whole team now preparing to potentially be the most dangerous firing squad this season 👊

Next up they need to replace Steph -- I've been watching for years and I'm beyond upset that they decided to extend him and not package him for draft capital or a superstar with a future. Hell, with this team you could put Lindy Waters in his actions and he'd perform at Steph's level or better.
