Great progress. Reckon you'll need a better front brake, something like a V-brake would be much better than the caliper that's on there now which are useless at the best of times never mind carrying a load.

Yeah, the front brake is definitely a weak point.

@@HooptieDoodle I've been thinking about this and you're maybe going to address this but I reckon it's going to bend in the middle at the bottom of the steer tube under load. You might want to put a box section back bone in that runs from the bottom bracket to the head tube at the front wheel and triangulate the rear by putting a tube running from below the handlebars/ top of the steer tube to the bottom bracket similar to the down tube you cut off.
