i love this it’s my favourite i use it for my carpet cleaning business i use it with a pump up sprayer for solution and use just fresh water in the tank

Yeah even with a junk sensor the corded machine outcleans the cordless version.

Just shopped around and found a new one for $150 on ebay :) coming tomorrow. Thank goodness because uhhhh we have a dog and we need our carpet cleaned again...

Oh to be in the US! This product sells for AU$499 - AU$650 down under. (I waited 16 months before buying mine in case price dropped). Solution sells for $29 L. Ouch.

When u take the top lid off, down at the bottom. How do you clean in-between the top plastic lid. There is lint trapped in between the 2 plastic lids

How fast does it dry? Do carpets remain wet? I'm worried about mold

I did several passes with "dry" only on an Ikea rug (thin); after washing up it was practically dry already. Update: Stopped picking up water after cleaning 2nd rug.

This POS lasted one carpet cleaning before the main gears disintegrated. Corporate greed at its worse, It is also designed to be thrown away when the belt dies because there is no way to get into the drive unit. There are screws but they don't actually open the drive unit because it is glued together.

You are so right!!! I used it one time and I started smelling something like burnt plastic so I decided to take it apart and the drive mechanism will not open! I bought it from Home Depot for over $200 and didn’t use it for more than two uses. What a useless POS.

Ditto! We’ve had it one week, I’ve just did a return request on Amazon. They are picking up in Monday! This is my second Hoover I’ve had major problems with!
