i hace necer had so many problens with a carpet cleaner. all others have been easy and simple. this one i have to continually mess with to get it to operate properly

rayan mutairi um u need to look at the manual and if that don't work try making sure all PARTS like water buckets r in place tyler cosby um you need the bucket in there good and hey soap goes in the top bucket dirty stuff goes in the bottom

Check the seal on the dirty tank. The seal is unavailable to replace from HOOVER.
