The old vacuum cleaners have the best goose bump inducing sounds than the newer models, plus that sweet drone that comes at the end, fantastic. When you go to the other side I hope this sound is optional in your afterlife experience menu! Why bother with playing a harp when you can lie back on your cloud listening to this blissful sound.

we used to have a montgomery ward power plus hoover convertible probably a 1986 model or a 1987 model after it quit sucking up dirt the summer of 1992 we gave it to the junk man or threw it out i cant remember forsure but it was still good an easy fix probably just a belt change or brush roll would of fixed the problem ive seen one just like it in a 20009 you tube video and a few times on ebay i should of gotten it there when i had the chance it was a good vacuum other then burning up belts or eating up belts once a year when the round belts from a hoover convertible are burning they smell like smoked turkey necks cooked bacon or hot coffee dont know why but thats what round vacuum belts smell like these really arent bad vacuums with the exception of the round belts going bad or breaking or snapping or something getting lodged in between the motor pulley and belt and cross bar stopping the brush roll from spinning making that burnt rubber smell these old school hoover convertibles clean better than most new or newer vacuums today id take one of these over all of this 12 amp bagless junk today they call vacuums more ampage dosent make it a better vacuum these 5 amp or 3.5 amp hoover convertible clean just as good if not better then any modern day bagged vacuum or even a baggless vacuum when we threw out or montgomery ward power plus hoover convertible the summer of 1992 we got a 2 speed 1992 sears kenmore bagged vacuum i think it was a 10 amp motor or a 12 amp motor it was burgundy with a matching burning bag and an oval on off switch in the top center of the handle after it stopped sucking up the summer of 1997 we got another sears vacuum 2 of them a blue smokey bagged one that we had to return after just 1 use cause it smoked up our bed room not sure why maybe a belt slipped or something got another burgundy bagged model had it tell the summer of 2000 the handle came loose after only 3 years and we threw that one in the trash borrowed a siblings loud dirt devil feather lite for about a year then got our 1st hoover bagless vacuum the summer of 2001 only had that vacuum for 4 years the front wheels fell off not sure why we didn't fix them or try and put them back on the cord was frayed in a few spots but didnt shock us or burn us and it didn't effect the vacuums performance the only thing was with the front wheel fallin off it made the vacuum hard to push made the vacuuming carpets and rugs uneven and tore a piece of the rugg off in the room were the cross bar touched the rug cause the front wheel fell off making the vacuum uneven making it vacuums the carpet and rugs uneven their for doing an uneven job making it had to push ive since then seen this vacuum on ebay a few times in better condition than the one we had so we have gone through several vacuums since the 70s i like to buy them on amazon and ebay or from repair shops that way i know im getting a good vacuum just because you buy in person that doesn't always mean your buying and getting a good vacuum sometimes but not always its just as good to buy online from places like amazon target lowes homedepot sears and if you like vintage ones like me ebay is your best bet or mercari or etsy has them and sometimes amazon will have a seller that has them vintage old ones that have never been used before or they will have refurbished ones but thats just sometimes on amazon your best bet would be ebay mercari etsy or a thrift store an antique shop store or a vacuum cleaner shop that repair both old and new vacuums not just newer ones or new ones but old ones to i think the older ones from the 70s 80s and 90s and early 2000s are way better bulit quality than the ones made today or from today the ones from today just aren't meant to last like the ones from the 70s 80s and 90s the quality of the ones from today just arent meant to last and made to last like the ones made to last from the 70s 80s and 90s and 2000s like they were back then im old school when it comes to vacuums older is better to a certain extent and up to a certain point they do have some nice new or newer styles out there
