I find the histogram good. Once your image is properly exposed the histogram turns white.

Since I use my atomos shinobi my shots are way better 👍 but all these Tipps you provide here are very good. I'm still thinking about switching to the S5 I'm always watching your video through these two cameras. I also make videos about this camera and I'm thinking about changing my KZbin channel to English

I usually just use the waveform and put my general exposure around 39-42% and then put the Arri Lut in Davinci Resolve on my V-Log footage...

sounds like a great workflow. i've been liking the leeming lut for hlg and v-log l and i seem to get pretty good results but i've heard great things about the arri lut

On the Gx9 the histogram turns white when a picture is "correctly" exposed. I dont think the GH5ii has this features as my histogram always stays yellow.

This is very helpful, Im just wondering is it possible to have zebra patterns display WHILE filming so that you can see changes in exposure and so on while running and gunning and also play for the light etc if needs be on peoples faces etc. Thanks.

@@CalebHoover I bought the GH5 II and its a beast bro. I don't even understand all that's going on yet. The picture seems to be a little better. That record line around the screen is worth its weight in gold by itself and the auto focus is better and faster.
