just made my first batch with about 2 gallons total. It was 1 oz of hops total. With 3 grams of citric acid. I added like .4 grams to hot water to get a little bitterness then added 1 gallon of cool water and then added the rest of the hops for about 20 minutes then strained in a coffee filter then carded and a little sprinkle of salt and gypsum and kegged it at 20psi for a few days and its nice! I think I will just dry hop (cool water) for longer with maybe 5 grams of hops instead of 23 grams and maybe steep it for like 5 hours. I think it is bitter and nice but I also will try to add some stevia I think.
