I'm in so much pain, and nothing is helping! My ND is tired of me and overwhelmed. She wants me to go get nerve root injections or go through the surgery. I spoke to the gynecologist, and she said that if the endo is in my uterus or in an area where she can remove it, she will remove it. But if it's on my sciatic nerve, there's no way anyone can do anything about it. But even if she found it and removed it, she said that it would be a recurring process. I want to find the root cause of the problem and fix it, I don't want to keep going through surgeries. But I really want to stop this pain. I am 44, and my period is the opposite of what you talked about. It's very light, and the more flow I have, the less pain I have.

Endometriosis is a marker of chronic inflammation, that is, your body is very toxic. You need to address the root cause of the inflammation. Is it estrogen dominance from hormone imbalance? Heavy metals toxicity? Other toxic chemicals? Nutritional deficiency? A combination of factors? Products that may help: • zeolite detox > natural - hope creek acres or synthetic - TRS spray • progest+ > forever healthy llc • beef liver > mk supplements • oysters > marine health foods, also found at green pasture org • vitamin c > earthley wellness • brazil nuts - high in selenium for thyroid health > azure standard or blue mountain organics. • topical magnesium > perma earth, urban farm or enviromedica. Books that may help: nutrition and physical degeneration by weston price, and a healthier home by shawna holman. Both books are available on amazon. God loves you so very much and all the best 😊.

We need so much more information on how to deal with endo. I only have painful periods and don’t have any other symptoms. One round of failed ivf and now I’m desperate to heal my it naturally❤

I was about your age and my doctor eventually put me on Lutenyl for 10 years (French name, look it up) Periods and pain stopped. 🎉 I did not want surgery. I personally had no notable side effects.

She lost me when she said vegetarians and vegans are guaranteed to have zinc deficiency unless supplementing. Important not to blindly trust random people online. Plenty of plants contain good amounts of zinc. Where does she think animals get the zinc. Ps white spots on nails is not a way to diagnose zinc deficiency. White marks on the nails can be caused by trauma to the nail and other things.

It’s all very confusing. There’s so much out there saying that red meat and dairy are NOT good for endo. And that women should consider leaning towards a vegan-style diet 😓 which is actually true??
@jenica9705Ай бұрын
Red meat and dairy are horrible for you if you follow the actual research and science . Plant based is the only diet proven to reverse disease. I would definitely believe actual research over youtubers

i started to have more dairy and meat bloody my endo grew quicker i am so upset myself every time i eat dairy i get worse even meat the same
@yinka2429 күн бұрын
@@SerminMelbourne-di6tp The key is there is no one diet for everyone, what may suit you,may not suit another. Listen to your body. The general principles are the same though. Eat real food ( whole foods, prepared from scratch with natural ingredients). So, you are to find what suits you in the " Real food" bracket. What dairy and meat you eats matters though. Are they from grain fed, farmed, animals as this will cause more inflammation. Animal protein/ dairy from free range, grass fed animals is less likely to be a problem.

How does she know she indeed has Endo if she was never diagnosed via laparoscopic surgery? Or did I miss it!?
@ViralVibes_01Ай бұрын
I have endo and was diagnosed via normal echo. And MRI.
