Yup, Gotta say that the final fight with Hate, Chara and Asriel really was well choreographed considering they didn't have a plan. Still, l many still shots mid-battle were excellent and Asriel's "But it refused" moment was great. Loved the symbolic use of the exact same location Frisk and Betty fought, too.

These animations are so underrated for the number of views. I never understood why people are so lazy to like content like this, especially animated content. There is a translation into many languages, there is perfect animation, nothing ordinary, epicness, plot, and everything is done in such a way that I can empathize with the characters in the same way as in Undertale. Glitchtale in my opinion is one of the best creations in the history of AU Undertale. Got hell lotta goosebumps on that "But it refused" part by Asriel. This was worth over a years wait. From Gaster hitting the Polychromatism to this. I'm pretty sure we also haven't seen this Asriel since S1. How much progress Cami has done is outstanding. The fight with Hate and Chara & Asriel takes me back to S1's finale. I love it and will wait till the end of the series.

I am glad someone else pointed this out. A determination soul has been confirmed to be a perfect balance of all 6 soul traits, and since that's what Asriel has, he basically has a determination soul. I like how it kept it's base purpose, to continue no matter what happens. Sans, Alphys, Frisk and other side characters died. There wasn't some happy ending cure at the end to bring them all back. That's not continuing. Tragic losses happen in life and they stick. You don't have a retry button, you have to continue. It's what makes life and relationships precious, because they end. It keeps those death scenes just as heart-breaking on a re-watch too. Since you know that's it. They aren't coming back.

This officialy is my all time favorite series ever created. Camila was able to make this masterpiece, dedicated to Undertale, remind us why we love Undertale. Through all the toxic fanbases and weird people that butcher Undertale, Camila just made us realize what makes Undertale, Undertale. A beautiful work of art this was. So many memorable moments throughout the series, and Asriels "BUT IT REFUSED" part gave me the most goosebumps out of all the others. Outstanding job Camila. So.. The Hate creature. I feel like there was something more to it than just; evil. The way it shed the pink, knowing it had no more need for Fear, and began using the abilities of the other soul traits before finally settling on Red; the Determination trait. I felt it was strange, until I saw the two shots of it focusing on Asriel, as if seeing Asriel meant something to it. Even as it died, it decided to attack Asriel, and ultimately gave up. I wondered why that would be, but... Then I remembered where this Hate originated. Frisk. Frisk created this hatred, before pushing it onto Chara, and it leaving to become something more. I believe that Hate was the last vestige of Frisk's personality. Frisk cared for Asriel more than he did most others, with the exception of maybe Sans, and seeing Asriel reminded it of something. I don't believe it WAS Frisk per se, but.. Certainly held something that Frisk once did. We saw from it's transformation; it had at least the imprint of a soul. And that soul was red. Theory aside, this was the most fantastic animation I've seen in a long time; I loved every second of it. The "But It Refused" moment from Asriel sent actual chills down my spine. Camila Cuevas, thank you. Just.. Thank you. Also I know they're most likely just really good friends, but Ronan and Rave had such chemistry that if their relationship evolved into a romantic one they'd be my favorite.

You know, after watching this, I feel like, in its last moments, the hate being didn't want to attack. Something about the way you represented it... made it seem like it understood, in a way, that it had to die. If Frisk was still watching from the void, I'm sure they are quite proud of where Chara and Asriel have gotten. Also, calling back to a small plot hook that never really got looked at. Asriel did glitch, no? And, due to how sans was brought back and felt something was... off, to say the least, it is very possible Azzy knows something is off, but despite it, continues to press onward with Chara. Which is super wholesome, despite the glitch on Asriel meaning that the world could technically be doomed. Edit: After Watching this again, I only now realize, that during the credits, the integrity wizard for the council is the blind kid who could see magic. A very nice touch I didn't expect, glad to see him alright.

It was glitched because it was a scene from a previous timeline where there was only one locket and the deletion of the timeline had corrupted the footage. In other words, Asriel wasn't glitched, the scene was.
