Sooo the sticks with the red cloths are representative of muletas used to attract bulls in a matador vs bull fight. They're traditionally red just so blood doesn't stand out on them, muletas can technically be any color, bulls are just attracted to the bright color and irritated by the swooshing of the cloth back and forth. Basically the muleta in this video represents (I think) when people/men/instigators do things specifically to make women mad or uncomfortable or emotional. i assume the Hope Tela is saying us women can fight, and would, but won't because that's precisely what the men/instigators want.
