Yeah, I've been playing guitar for 5 years now along with other instruments and every once in a while I feel this spark whether I'm playing alone or with people and that's what people like this do on a daily basis. Pouring their heart in to music that they know will entertain people because it pulls most, if not all emotions from those people that these artists feel while making it. It's a high like no other.

I know, everyone's like "Oh, that song has 2 chords it sucks". But, no I think passion is what makes talent. Talent is knowing to put your emotion in a song. You can play a song perfectly, but it doesn't mean anything if you can't put your SOUL into it. Talent is knowing to put emotions, not only in lyrics, but also in music, which is really hard, even impossible, if you're not talented. If you can make a simple song touch someone, you know you're doing it right.

@skatevansCA What they do is they have a wireless connection. One end plugs into the guitar, and the other end has a transmitter, which is usually attached to the guitar strap. The amp has the receiver plugged into it. Some guitars, although rare have transmitters built in, but I'm not sure about that, and whether ATL uses it or not.

@norockmanfan I think that during that part it's just a recording being played by the sound guys. It didn't sound like the other guitars. When they wrote the song it probably wasn't in there, but in the studio they added it just so it wasn't silent; it's one of those things you're not really supposed to notice. The sound here was produced sounding, and while they probably could have played it themselves, they're too busy running around to worry about playing with pedals to get effects like that.

I always wondered what made people- mostly girls, it seems -enjoy bands like this, as if it had to do with image and skill, but I've realized that the creativity is what makes a band good. Even if this sort of music isn't particularly hard to copy and play it's just as hard as any other to make and create. You're delusional if you view music as a giant competition.
