I put them on I didn’t change the four way coming from my truck but after I hooked the lights it’s just barely lighting up

can u use Some needle nose pliers to squeeze the prongs on the male side just a little bit on the plug ?

They make the connector grease you can put on it or you can slightly file them. Great video.

Could u have used the original plug to tryck? Is the blue wire for brakes or trickle charge?. nice video man

That blue wire is for the reverse light circuit, which is weird on Hopkins part because the electric trailer brake wire is commonly blue. If your truck had came with factory tow package like mine, you'd have 7 blade round female connector on the truck end. You could have bought a 5 flat to 7 round plug adapter for about $10 and had plug & play reverse lights. Just saying.
