I thought the line spooked him off for a second, there! Only to have him circle around and take that fly! ❤ lol

Wonderful as usual. Were you using your T&T with a Euro Leader?
@GilbertRowley4 ай бұрын
Thanks! And yes, we had two rods, one with a regular 7.5’ tapered leader, and one with a Euro leader with a dry dropper. It’s unbelievably effective! Especially with a 10’ 2wt rod.

Wonderful video and spectacular fishing! Without spot-burning, is this in Utah?

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! And regarding the location, all I can say is that I've had similar fishing results in all Western states. Wish I could say more, but we have an internal soul policy not to discuss any details of locations online. Thanks for understanding!

Not a fan of those Simms backpacks. At least the net part.
@GilbertRowley4 ай бұрын
Honestly, because of all the camera gear we carry the G3 Guide backpack is by far my favorite waterproof backpack I’ve ever owned, and I’ve owned quite a few. I do attach my net differently than Phil and it works great, so I can’t speak directly to the net difficulty.
