One of my favorites. You can hear Paul Frees sounding a lot like Boris Badenov, playing the vampire, his narrator is similar to the Ghost Host from Disney's Haunted Mansion, and there is even a hint of Lou Costello during the bit that reminds us of "Who's on First", when it comes to the name of the town.

@@pavelsarneki354 not surprisingly, since Hoppity Hooper and Dudley Doright were both Jay Ward productions, and Hans Conreid was the voice of Snidely Whiplash, as well as Waldo Wigglesworth.

@@geoffreyrichards6079 It sort looks like a kids cartoon and kids would certainly watch it. But, frequently during the cartoon, topics are intentionally brought up that kids might not understand. So, it actually works for both. Not anything that crosses the line of decency. Just things like politics.

"What?" "Ware!" This kind of talk was used in many,many vaudeville routines and probably before. Abbott & Costello did this kind of routine on their first radio show.(Today,"Who's On First," is in the baseball hall of fame.)
