As a child of the 70s, and one who served in the 80s, the girl in this video conveys the hope and joy of so many. Us in the West can not fully understand how HER world changed with the end of the Cold War. At this place in time...this was more then a concert. . .it was the Soviet Union, the Berlin wall, the KGB, ...but yet it was hope......hope in a freer future. Until this concert was allowed....think about it....allowed, she could not eve. Buy or listen to this .

I watch this Moscow “Nobody’s Fool” video a lot. I LOVE the guitar solo at the beginning...awesome! Tom Keifer is one of the best song writers and guitar players, to me. I was only 12 when Long Cold Winter came out, but I was absolutely blown away by this album. Being a Mississippi girl, I could hear that bluesy, MS Delta sound that he loves to do. That is what I grew up on too, and it made me fall in LOVE. 🥰 Cinderella was just so different from the other bands out there at the time...that’s what I loved about Tom. He just did his thing and you could like it or lump it. Glad y’all love them as much as I do!! 😉

Jeff Lebar is totally so underrated. never hear his name mentioned. They were a tight band and Jeff had a share in that. He might be a mess now, but who isn't? Great idea with your show.

Kiefer was very sick during their performance but he kept going the entire set. Afterwards, when he got backstage, he fell out and had to be given IV fluids before he could be moved. This whole Festival was on VCR and I had both tapes but lost the Scorpions one. sigh.... Word is, this was supposed to be an anti-drug message festival for MTV, but everyone was doing drugs. lol smh what times!! BTW, Bon Jovi states that he was the favorite son there but it was actually Scorps who ruled that place cuz they had been there once before and Russia was and still is hooked on that sting. just sayin... lol I just want to add here that as mad crazy I was about Tom, I can't stand his voice now. It's tragic how bad it is now. But he's still trying. His wife is one of his backup singers. It's sad....

Dang, I almost forgot about this...all this CV garbage going on... That video...when I try to think of a performance the you could say was quintessential..that us the one that comes to mind....
