Hori wants to be "man handled". She's such a strong character that she wants to throw all of that aside and be dominated. This is actually a common kink with men who are in positions of power (from what I've read). They want to transfer all of that power and responsibility to someone else and only have to do what they are told. Some would happily trade "you have to decide carefully as the fate of the company is on the line" for "put your face in the pillow".
