Universal could make soooo much money suing games like Ark and other dinosaur themed games that include spitting dilophosaurs that have frills, considering there is no proof of it having those features. and it was Micheal Crichton's idea to have those features. In the novel Jurassic Park it even says that they where thought to be scavengers before they cloned them.
