The playsets were the one thing that no one I knew had. It was basically your parents Christmas/birthday present budget if they got it for you. We ended up using other things we had like this old parking garage play set we got from our great grandmother, with crank handle elevator that launched die cast cars down the exit ramp from the 3rd floor roof, and other such things. At one point I used legos to make the Jurassic Park gate and taped a Jurassic Park logo I'd made with a special stamp to the top. Even had our Star Wars figures and other toys fight the Carnotaur and the smaller dinos.

Unfortunately I don't have this, I remember seeing it online but it was very expensive, then I remember buying the raptor attack playset from jurassic park three (which was not so best). It included a repainted velociraptor, a repainted gate, an Alan grant human figure, the repainted fences and the net that comes in this set but this time in blue. i did not grow up with the jurassic park series but i do love the dinosaurs and i love the play set jurassic park was the first dinosaur movie i watched and i have since loved dinosaurs i think dinosaurs bring people together ;)

This playset is Hall of fame stuff right here. Good memories. There is only two playsets which come close to this. The Ghostbuster's House, and the Lost World RV Trailers. It would be impossible to buy every dinosaur, but if you had this compound, the park was enough. Great times.

I actually grew up with different kinds of dinosaur figurines (we also used those green army soldiers), and my brother and I really never had the poorly painted cheap ones. I would have liked to have the Jurassic Park toys, but for some reason I just never asked for it. This however, if I got this for my birthday or Christmas when I was little, I'd be the happiest kid in the world. I wish I knew about this back then!

I thought the over all size was pretty impressive. I wish they would have made the raptor cage with the cow and all too!!!! Also think it would be cool to have a toy set of the kids hiding in the kitchen with the raptors close behind. Especially the part when the kids are trying to close that oven!

I really did miss the Golden Age of toys. I was months old when The Lost World came out, was four when Jurassic Park III came out and thus wasn't wise enough to ask for anything other than the dinosaurs, then the Jurassic World toy line came out and I was disappointed. There were a few good toys but nothing truly as....memorable, as this.

Hehe 2 weeks about went to a garage sale. Bought 3 crates of dinosaurs and Jurassic Park stuff for a mere 20 euro's. God I'm so happy. Had the compound in it, the big PJ.09 rex the PJ.06 trike and rex also some dillos and a raptor, lots of collector cards and those tiny metal statues. The rest were just random dinos and cheap knockoffs.
