Has this been resolved in recent patches or something? My 9700K stock, 32GB ram, GTX 1080Ti @ 1970MHz does 13218 at 1440p Ultra with newest drivers.

No not a bad port at all. Just a very demanding game. I came here to compare a presumably stock Ryzen 5/1080Ti to my Overclocked i5 9600k @5Ghz/Overclocked 5700XT @2140 Mhz and GPU Memory @ 1880Mhz. I was super happy to see that my system smashed this 1440p Ultra Settings bench, scoring 13275, Average FPS 74, CPU/GPU 74 FPS. After 2 weeks of hours upon hours spent overclocking, I finally got it dailed in running fast, cool and stable.
