SneakySquidGames there will definitely be a sequel for sure. Guerrilla Games has moved into a much bigger studio so you can imagine they will be putting in more work into HZD2. Big questions still need to be answered, like who sent the unknown signal that set Hades and the other programs free. Aloy has to solve that as well as how to reboot Gaia. Also what happened to Ted Faro? I believe he made a clone of himself (Lightkeeper Protocol maybe?), and Ted would probably want to remake the world to his liking since that is why he could have initiated Hades’ protocols. Showdown between Elizabet’s clone (Aloy) and Ted’s clone would be epic.

@@veiga4051 late af, but forbidden west is looking golden with what we have. Also, to build your hype. In the graphic novel and the art for forbidden west there is a hunter riding this raptor creature with a chainsaw mouth. This same raptor is in forbidden west meaning we are getting more mounts.

It’s interesting to note how incredibly hypocritical Sylens is in that exchange. He angrily demands Aloy stay out of his past when she has perfectly legitimate reasons to confront him about it, and yet he personally had no qualms whatsoever about hacking her Focus, spying on everything she does and reading up on her whole life story without her permission or even knowledge that he existed ”Daddy sure does love his little big man.” and not only that, but in his first face to face conversation with her at the top of Maker’s End have the audacity to in response to her honestly declaring her personal, emotional reasons for looking for Elisabet she expresses to defend her frustration at not finding any answers say ”I don’t care.”… And then him having a petty outburst when Aloy presses him about his own shady past that involves secrets, deception and murder for his own gain whilst he himself is failing to be honest and trustworthy with her?… Sylens is kind of a shitbird. This just gets taken to its logical endpoint in Forbidden West where his deception leads her into a trap that almost kills her because he was too careless to assess the possible outcomes accurately. Once again keeping her in the dark the whole game because he’s scared of her finding out the truth.

You know that Sylens will introduce himself way early if you don’t do any missions and go near the sun ring. It was a very interesting introduction

I made the mistake of not asking Ourea about Sylens again, because she SAID she was sworn to secrecy and that CYAN could tell me more about him. Then I got to the final conversation with CYAN and his name wasn't even on the list of options. I feel like I was lied to a bit ... and that I'm being punished for respecting Ourea's boundaries. Anyway thanks for letting me see the dialogue I missed!
