I don’t understand why I’ve never heard of this product with The amount of decompression and back pain videos that I have watched over the last year ..My chiropractor and my inversion table have helped me tremendously. My heart went into AFIB while I was inverted. I feel like this product is what I need.

Exactly those inversion tables are horrible to use I could only stand being up side down for about a minute, no wherenear long enough to do the job of decompressing your lower back.

This technique actually works. If you have the money to spare buy the one that includes neck decompression as well. If you don't have the crazy amount of money to spare you can do decompression on your own using simple techniques or you can try and build yourself an extender. Just make sure you are not getting worse as in rare cases this can worsen your condition than help.

I found this because I'm in serious need. For around 15 years now I've successfully used an inversion table. However, hanging upside down all these years has put a tremendous amount of stress on my knees. Now I am dealing with a knee issue, to the point I can't use my inversion anymore. Hoping something like this will help. Thanks for the video

listen Cajun,, I found this treatment called TRT softwave. The Orthogold 100 machine, its German technology that uses high speed sound waves to eliminate scar tissue and bone spurring. it's the only sound wave machine that's patented because it cannot harm healthy tissue. I had a lifelong sacrum injury that was getting worse and at 68 this cured me in 3 sessions of 5 minutes. cost me a hundred a session here in Arizona. its more expensive in Calif but look around.

yeah inversion table is not supposed to be good for people with high blood pressure and sometimes its just not enough pressure. i hang on my arms letting my legs dangle on a dip bar. hits the spot. imagine it feeling like that with this device only way way better. i did the decompression, i does help. when i was working out i did 20 minutes on it fully inverted as part of recuperation. its supposed to heal muscles faster. i am looking into a vibrating table as astronauts use them, it increases bone density but warning for the knees. especially if working out while vibrating. i imagine sittting on a chair vibrating. or laying down. best laying down, vibrating on this machine that decompresses my spine. or inverted on a table. ALSO, I am looking into making a huge table, i bought a double wheel baldur 1/3 horse.and a welding machine. hope its not 10 years before i finally start making my project

Eventually, after 15 years of success, hanging upside down has caused kneed problems. Just something you may consider. I'm devastated knowing I can't use mine anymore. Hoping something like this table in the video works just as well, if not better.

This method works and may be even better since you can do it at home and then go right to bed, which is the best case scenario. I have both the inversion table and just acquired the In-Line back stretch bench which has helped a lot but is uncomfortable pulling from the ankles. I didn't know about the inversion belt but thankfully just found an identical one as in this video online at Amazon and immediately ordered it. All along since beginning the use of back stretch bench like the one in video, I've been thinking it would be much more effective if pulling from hips rather than ankles. Thankfully I found this video. In addition, my bench has the neck puller as well which I use.

If you think you may have a serious or on going low back issue its better to begin with a physical therapist using mechanical traction then finding the best home therapy devices that may help you. This device in my opinion and should not be considered medical advice in anyway or form could be beneficial for the every day guy or gal with a few aches and pains stiffness etc but for serious back pain consider Saunders traction but beware these devices like Saunders sometimes offers only a few degrees of traction after slippage etc. Most doctors can recommend inversion tables but if you can only tolerate traction in supine and have moderate to serious compression issues consult your doctor and look for a secure belt system. For the amount of decompression those folks would need you don't want a system that uses your arm pits to secure your upper torso, you really really don't and will regret it. Nice presentation.

There are countless presentations that a disc herniation can present in, so only a trained physician can tell you for sure if this approach is right for you specifically. Many people with an L5-S1 disc herniation do very well with the Inversion Belt and Stretch Bench combo. @BlondieSL
@BlondieSL 11 ай бұрын
I bought one of these a couple(ish) weeks ago. I've already experienced a difference. BUT, there is a problem that I'm hoping others, who are inventive, have noticed and solved. That is, when you do the stretch, when you're done, you push the lever forward to release the bar (with the foot holders). The problem is, the release is harsh and snaps. Just like if you took an elastic band, stretched it, then just let one end snap back. This is VERY DANGEROUS for the spine! The initial stretch is gentle, but the release SNAPS and the spine also SNAPS back. When I first did it, I noticed that this did not feel good. So after that, I used a method to slowly release the stretch, but it's not something that is easy to do every time. So I had an idea to add 1 or 2 tiny shock absorbers on the square bars where they meet. My idea is that when the release is pushed, these would absorb the shock of the snap back. Has anyone else done this at all? Ideas?

Assuming your doctor approved spinal decompression, a strategy that could help is to decompress very lightly for a 30 seconds, then release the tension for 30 seconds and repeat this cycle 5 times. Decompression too hard or too long may not be ideal for you.

@In-HomeSpineCare
@In-HomeSpineCare 7 жыл бұрын
It can help to reduce muscle tension in your low back. Correcting a spinal curve is much more complex than just decompressing the spine, it requires proper spinal and neurological rehab. However, it can be very helpful to decompress the spine as part of a complete approach to restore a normal curvature.

@@roundearthshill247 It could be appropriate for some and not for others. Decompressing the spine for such a long time could cause the stabilizing ligaments and muscles to over stretch which could lead to instability. Machines are all different, the computer protocols and monitoring are different, the weight curves and cycles are different. The problem with some of the machines and this device is there is no weight curve meaning every time you "rachet" the device muscles will tighten and potentially put more pressure on the disc instead of getting to the highest negative pressure possible to retract a bulge or herniation. The only devices that have really been able to prove this true negative pressure is the vax-d, accuspina and DRX9000.

I am 21 years old and suffer from severe sciatica due to a herniated disc on my low back. I have been using this for about a month which have given me great results. What Im wondering if there are any cons of using this too much? Thanks in advanced!

This is a great questions. Spinal Discs can take a very long time to heal, sometimes more than 1 year and they require motion in order to get the essential nutrients delivered. When a disc is injured the body tries to immobilize it to prevent pain, but unfortunately this only makes the situation worse for the disc nourishment. 1-2 sessions per day is often ideal for 1 year to really get the best out of it. What is most important is to make sure that you don't only rely on decompression to maintain a healthy spine but you also strengthen your core to stabilize it. The key to a healthy spine is the balance between flexibility (decompression) and stability (core strengthening). The best session duration for most is 20 minutes of interval decompression. Decompress for 1-2minutes, then release the tension for 30 seconds, and repeat this cycle fro 20 minutes. If decompression makes you feel sore and the soreness is too uncomfortable for you, I would recommend using a tens unit with the electrodes on your low back during the spinal decompression. I hope this helps.

Inversion Belt thank you so much for responding. All the information i can get is very helpful since ive had this problem for 1 year already. Im currently doing one session a day for 30 mins plus doing some lower back and core workouts. Im also taking supplements such as fish oil, collagen, vitamin c, etc. this is all from the research i have been able to find and hopefully this is the correct way to fix the disc.

What about pain in the armpits? Some reviews of seemingly identical devices even mention numbness of the arms. This seems that the indicate that the device cannot be used for lengthy periods.

The under arm holders have a lot of padding which makes it very comfortable. This is not a complaint that we ever receive.

@Inversion Belt .... Of course paint/numbness in the arms can and will happen depending on how much of a stretch you want and the length of time. I have the Inline back stretch machine (got it through amazon), and if I want a stronger stretch on my lower back, I can feel it in my pits and arms for certain. The other thing that people need to know is that there will also be heavy pressure on the foot as well (I've been using the inline machine only with socks. Need to get a new pair of shoes so I can give the top of my foot more padding (or I can just use some rolled up towels).
