Hey John, when you hand wash your Hormesis gear, do you use hot, cold or lukewarm water and do you use any soap.........I was thinking gentle Ivory liquid soap with no additives if any. What say you?

I wash my Hormesis gear with lukewarm water and with soap that has no additives as you’ve mentioned (unscented, etc). I never soak my headbands either it’s always cleaned under running water. Once cleaned I don’t squeeze them out I simply hang dry them. Hope this helps!

No worries! I’ve had some really scratchy terry on Sandanas. This stuff is super soft, at least the one I have on mine.
