This comment is really helpful. I have my NCLEX tomorrow and I'm wondering if I'm still supposed to be watching videos at this time. Truth is I'm a visual learner and retain more when I learn this way. Watching these playlists made me graduate nursing school... and hopefully, the NCLEX!

For the depot shot what vitamin d do you recommend? Can we use it indefinitely or do we need to get off it then come back?

Whether or not to continue on Depo is a conversation to have with your provider based on your medical history and other factors! Vitamin D supplements are available over the counter, typically with a standard dose of 2,000 iu per day. But it's always worth chatting with your provider to see which specific formulation and strength of Vitamin D they'd prefer you to take!
