So if we can use it for 5 years, and then what is recommended? What is the most beneficial versus more dangerous protocol to follow? I am taking bioidentical estrogen, progesterone and just recently testosterone. Is there a website to get the most updated information. Thank you!!

She’s not up to date! HRT can (and should) be used for the duration of our life. This is in line with current evidence based research out of the United Kingdom British Menopause Society.

I'm curious if the risks of hrt are similar to the ones of birth control pills that I took from the age of 16-48? If so, I would feel more comfortable with the hrt.
