I just came to Bangalore yesterday from this resort this is amazing place where u get peace of mind ... But i didn't have a chance to experience kayaking due to over water flow ... And rafting is the one which trills u the most ...

Thanks :) Yes, it's safe. We spotted those crocs in the river at Kali adventure camp in Dandeli. You won't find crocs along the Rafting trail.

You can stay at Jungle lodges, which is much better than Hornbill. Many adventure activities are included at Jungle Lodges' Kali Adventure Camp and Accommodations are much better and cleaner. Check this link www.junglelodges.com/kali-adventure-camp/

I completely disagree that local people are spoiling the atmosphere. They are the ones' who help outsiders when they are in trouble.

You you right. Local people are nice in Dandeli. But problem is - when 100s of people gather in a small place, it becomes noisy. People visit remote places to avoid noisy and polluted atmosphere of big cities and they pay a lot per day for that. What's the point in visiting resort if resort owner invites 100s of day visitors to make extra money, without thinking about the comfort of people who are paying to stay there. Most of the resorts limit number of day visitors for this reason. But at Hornbill there seem to be no such limit. We have added this message so that people are aware of the situation and don't get shocked seeing so much crowd and noisy atmosphere. Whole purpose of this channel is to make people aware of what to expect when they visit any resort/place.
