Whoever it was such types of western culture is not suitable for a Christian state like Nagaland.. A festival is more or less related to a religion. Carnival is a time of public enjoyment and entertainment when people wear unusual clothes, dance, and eat and drink, usually in the streets of a city, it never falls during Christmas season. people misconceptions of celebrating Carnival must be avoided in the State for Christ.
