If I took a loan from the bank and i couldn't repay back on said amount of time given by the bank and also ignores the call from the bank staff by switching off my phone, then no matter even if i had a personal problem or an issue for me not being able to pay up or ignoring their calls (unless im dead) they will paste my name along with my photo on the notice board, inside or outside the bank classifying me as a fraud too. They won't care to know what i did with the money i took from the loan but they'll only need the money back. Or i have to face the consequences as per the law. Looking at both side of the story, it appears the car rental owner(1st party) missed to mention the media the entire details about the car accident and the agreement, if whatever the person who rented(2nd party) has stated to the media is true which brings the 1st party at fault. If whatever the 1st party has stated in the media is true, then the 2nd party seems to be at fault for not receiving the calls that the 1st party tried to make. Whatever the case may be and whoever is telling the truth, we ought to be very cautious with our actions because there's always pros and cons of the media. It is 💯% owner right because its not hundreds not thousands but lakhs of rupees and the culprit after taking the car has not paid him full amount, more over he disappeared not picking up the owner call, no information to the owner from his side, so who on earth will not believe its stolen? The owner is not dealing with Alu and tomato its a car which has a big responsibility.
