Useless rule. Just more problems fot the general public. The common people with one car will suffer and the people with two or more cars will benefit, no use of such a rule, just a nuisance. They just give orders without thinking. What about people going to work? The doctors, govt servants, private workers, everyone is suffering. And also this rule starts at the end of hornbill. Jalak government lawra la. Now we need Driving license, ID card to drive, we may need visa in the future to ply in dimapur. Also this is also one of the outcomes of underdevelopment, the non existence of another overbridge over the railway.

And why is the Autorickshaws Union President and the leaders keeping silent. Non exemption of autorickshaws means the authority is preventing food on the table every alternate days. Please have pity on those daily wage earners
