Sorry if I am being ignorant but it's High time Nagaland Police becomes proactive in its policing and coordinates among its districts police and all the units under each district. Our state isn't thaaat big to monitor, if active coordination prevails among all the district police as well as, taking the help of the CSOs. I am optimistic that such criminals can be checked.
