Used your converters but I decided to reduce the depth of the step by a further 2MM which has enabled closer coupling using magnetic couplings. Thanks for producing these, great job! HST looks good now and runs with more realistic gaps.

Not a problem, everyone has their own preference plus different radius curves ect.. plus different couplings as well which come in various lengths. Glad you found them useful 😊

Hi, this is a very informative video, I don’t have the old hst like you have here, I do have some silver jubilee coaches which look like the coach bogies you are showing here, will you sell the silver/grey colour nem pocket converters? Thanks for sharing.

As mentioned in the video, you can always paint them 😉 as long as it's a plastic based paint. We are limited on colours and due to costs different resins cost more, in fact gray is double the cost of black. At this time it won't be cost effective... Where it's just easier/more affordable to paint. But please check your carriages as I thought the jubilee one was a new tooling version from what I've seen.. Unless there's 2 types.

@@bluebellModelrailway My coaches are from the 90’s I think, I will have a look as I have 3 of them.

Lets say we remove the air tanks and attach them to the chassis instead of the bogey like as in the Lima tooling. Could you provide a version of this which will attach to the bogey and go below the air tanks like the lima does? It always annoys me how they made the air tanks part of the bogey which is not prototype

Without looking I couldn't say, as it would need to be inspected and checked, it has to be remembered that not everyone has the tools or skill set to do more complex things. Removing things from a body shell or chassis sounds simple but when you are the owner they may not feel comfortable removing airtanks. As mentioned everything needs investigation and checking, rather than working on theory... As I don't know the bogie design, I don't know the body design or how anything is attached.
