Hornby TT Gauge quick layout build

Watched Simon from Hornby showing these new TTrange on Tv , looks like a good one for saving space but its a case of scenics /buildings in same ration though , could be a while before a good range to buy

I think TT:120 will be good for those with ambitions to scratch build a model of a real place. Buildings work out too large in OO scale to ne represented realistically!

Was wondering about the inner raised track. Do both the locos run on both sets of tracks?

The inner raised track is Tri-ang TT track. Both locos will run on it. This very old track is prone to rust, so I don't recommend using it! Modern track is much better. HOm track can be used for Tri-ang TT3 locos and rolling stock. The TT:120 track is not suitable for old Tri-ang TT3. Thanks for watching.

The inner brown track is known as Triang (Rovex) TT3 Type A track (1955 to 1960). It uses Code 100 rail. It was replaced, in 1960, by the more realistic Triang (Rovex) Type B track (1960 to 1966) which uses the international standard TT Code 80 rail, the same as Hornby TT 120, Tillig, etc. and can be connected together. Technically, Hornby's (Rovex) TT 120 track is Type C track.

Just bought the Easterner set for Xmas pressie. I've downloaded the trackmat but I can't for the life of me get Adobe to print anything out other than an A4 version of the entire mat. I've tried printing as a poster but that fouds up the dimensions. Could you tell me how you managed to print the mat out as separate A4 sheets. Thanks
