Thanks for the tour Pete. Does the display show much of the Havant factory where Scalextric were made from 1954 to 1970? Especially the huge growth when Lines Brothers - Triang took over from 1958 and went to plastic production.

Hi John, they do show it but only by pictures in some of there timelines which are graphics on the walls and some displays. I was fortunate enough to see the factory floor, which is now a mass open, unused space when I visited last year. There's a small panoramic in my video that's called 'Scalextric, Essex Police and................Track Fans TV gets arrested!!!! UK Slot Car Festival', here's the link kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHnHmKZ6jbllhrssi=T5WA8UEu3_xO3-0O It would be good to have an option for the public to be able to see and absorb that piece of history. Thanks pal, have a good weekend.

The Havant Scalextric production era reminded to me by this vid just posted from the Railway Journeys show concentrating on the Havant boom years : kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHjQl5hjqa-pmNEsi=9JsP226tSeypU920 The shift to Margate being a rationalisation after circa 1970s sales declines.
