In this episode, world renowned New Orleans trombonist, Delfeayo Marsalis visits Kansas City to get his horn dolled up a bit. After a quick visit with Master Craftsman, Mike Corrigan, a plan is put in place for Corrigan to transform his trombone into a truly one of a kind piece of art! Marrying together several ideas including 'William Shakespeare, Victorian Design, and capturing Delfeayo's bright and colorful personality, this proves to be an exciting build! Corrigan gets a crazy idea that might look really awesome! He part way through he realizes he might have bit off too much! With only 24 hours to pull off an incredibly challenging build, will it happen? Find out on Episode #2 'Jazz Crafted'.

This is absolutely beyond impressive. Being able to make a custom trombone for an artist IN LESS THAN A DAY!! Well done Mike. (I think someday I might have to bring one of my horns to you so we can get pimped 😂)

I was able to meet Mike at ITG last year when I was 14 and let me tell you he is awesome. One of the coolest guys I’ve met and makes some monster horns. I hope I can one day pimp my horn out like this
