Hornsby chain crawler model out in the rain

2 years after the last vid the Hornsby Chain Crawler is near to completion and we have taken it out to visit the "Dampfbahnfreunde Neumuenster" (www.dampfbahnf...) on a rainy saturday - it was big fun !!!

The only upgrade I would add is a midget to shovel the coal. Other than that, this thing is perfection.

this engine is selfmade from scratch ! For bigger, non-toy engines try berrybrook, preston services or stationroad steam as a start ....
