For some reason it reminds me of why there are rules for firearm safety, and yet there are idiots who still don't know any better. I guess that also goes for bows and arrows.

Any weapon, from any time, can easily be used in so incorrect a fashion as to kill its user. You just have to find a sufficiently stupid/unlucky user to do so...

A reward would win someone from my village who while plowing the field with his tractor, decided to jump out of it and take a quick look underneath the tire but forgot to put the breaks on and it ran over his head.

Nah, it would be Death and the 2nd archer, the 1st archer actually liked this video. Death got mad, that the 1st archer understood his joke, therefore, ruining it, because it proved that he HAS a brain.

It's only dangerous to the archer if the archer is an idiot. Knew plenty of kids in the Boy Scouts who went to the archery range, and no one got hurt, because they followed safety procedures. It wasn't an archery problem, it was an idiot problem.

@@Quinntus79 Actually I’m part of an archery club and it IS possible to get hurt even if you follow safety procedures. Bow strings can leave bruises when pulled back at odd angles, why do you think we wear protection? Lots of my instructors have been hit like that before. 🤦‍♀️

@@Zac4_B7ack No but in this day and age archers are more careful, due to incidents like this. Some have taken their own eyes out by not stringing their bow properly, though.
