Today our plans were halted because of stupid rain. And the kids steal the vlog to talk about KFC
Hi! I am morbidly obese. I have just started the NHS Low Calorie Diet Programme to see if I can put my Type 2 diabetes into remission. Phase 1 of this 12 month long journey is 3 months on the Exante 800 calorie a day diet.
