The Sirenhead artwork came out perfectly sinister by having his silhouette looming on the bloody sky. Also the fact, that you used crayons for the background, which are hard to work with, not mentioning, that you basically can't build up in layers with them - you did a stunning work! One of the most important features of horror drawing for a lot of my own and also this book's design is what I like to call "The shivel factor". Basically like the skin is stretching and too small for the body, or it wrapping tightly around the figure (EX. Siren head design) which gives such an eerie uncomfortable look

Ahhh I remember starting drawing around 5 years ago, I drew normal things like cartoon characters but 1 year later I got bored of all that so I moved onto horror art, and ever since then I've been a horror artist since. They gray pens with the black ends look like the Copic Liners set I got in an art kit in college. He uses Copic a lot, so that would be my guess. That and white gel pens at the end.
