Hello October and hello horror books!
I make a few horror recommendations at the beginning of this video and tried to pick a variety; psychological, slasher, classic haunted house, thriller etc.
Then onto my Halloween TBR! Im super excited for these. I may not get to them all on October but Im going to give it a good go!

Yay! I have been waiting for this. I also have “You’re Not Supposed to Die Tonight” on my TBR for this month as well. “Home Before Dark” also sounds like something I’d really like. Honestly you give great recommendations in every video so I am sure they are all amazing.

I absolutely love short story collection books from different authors! You don't see it often, but they're so refreshing and fun to read. I've never been on Reddit, but that's pretty cool a book came about from it. I've heard bad things about Reddit, but maybe if I stay in the writing section, it's worth checking out. 🤭 You're Not Supposed To Die Tonight aesthetically is amazing. I want that book alone for the pages. 🤩 I've never read a book that has scared me, but I feel like I need this fear in my life. I think Stolen Tongues definitely needs to be in my next book haul. 😁❤️

Yeah there's some surprisingly good ones in the Reddit book! And sometimes it's fun to just be done with a story in 1 or 2 evenings if you get me! YNSTDT has such awesome sprayed edges, I bought it without really knowing much about it and I think it was the edges that sold it to me! I never know which way round to put sprayed edge books on the shelf though 😂 ooo I hope you enjoy Tongues if you end up reading it. Despite really enjoying horror I am quite a wimp, so maybe you won't find it scary at all 😂 but in my eyes it's got some really tense and creepy scenes and some scary shiz going on! Let me know what you think if you get to read it :) thanks again for all your support and comments ❤️

Ooh I was looking for some spooky book recs for this month, perfect timing! I love a good haunted house story as well so I think I’m going to pick up home before dark as my next read! You’re really good at paraphrasing books because I’m sold on pretty much all of these lol. And that mug is to die for omg. P.s. have you read Cackle by Rachel Harrison? I read it last year and reread it a couple of days ago, it’s one of my favourite cozy witchy books. I think you might enjoy it as a fun, magical read!

Love the book videos! Very tingly and fun. I highly recommend the Wealth of Time series by Andre Gonzalez. It's a pretty cool twist on the time travel genre. He also has a great horror, Amelia Doss series, and psychological thriller series that starts with the book Insanity. My most recent read in the horror genre is Dean Koontzs From The Corner Of His Eye.
