One thing so few indie filmmakers acknowledge is the mistakes they made. They do this at their own peril. Failure is the path to success. If you think your indie film is perfect and Cannesfest worthy, youre prob wrong and youll necer improve. Props for acknowledging right off the bat that mistakes were made. That only means they wont be made in future projects. Now yoire one step oser to success

Failure is definitely a path to success, as painful as it may be. I’m learning to enjoy the process and not just enjoying the results. There’s literally no finish line with filmmaking. If you’re not able to enjoy the process, grow and learn from your mistakes, you’ll never be happy. Truly a “it’s about the journey not the destination” kinda thing. I appreciate you continuing to trust me with your films, especially when I throw weird ideas at you haha.
