I frequented the Hooters at Mall of America in Minneapolis for years, and they are strict now because of the potential for harm to the waitresses, and that place, with the mall opened in 1992. High potential for crime after hours at the mall. After all these years, Hooters is one of the only restaurants left on the fourth level of MoA. It does pretty good business, but not nearly what it used to in the nineties. it was hopping busy then.
