This is actually a Zangershield festival and the horse was a 3 yr old Zangershield. You can see the breed symbols on the wall and the Z at the end of the horses name on the digital board (I cannot make out the name). They only list back to 2012 on the Zangershield website the results, so I couldn't find out the name of the horse. Zangershield's are insanely good jumpers and this one proves it.

that horse has been trained to jump that high by an illegal method of training. The owner sticks nails to the jump pole and as the horse goes to jump the jump the owner lifts the pole with nails up higher prodding the horses legs so the next time he horse jumps it is forced to go higher

This is such abuse... Its not natural for a horse to see a hight and jump out of his own will so much higher... They either strapped weights to his legs or wipped him into jumping so high, or both (which is my guess)
