Beautiful animal. You've done such a wonderful job, most horses that get injured like he was seem to always be euthanized. He's gorgeous and except for nip marks, his coat appears healthy and well groomed. Thanks to all you folks who take the time to care for these wonderful creatures.

When I volunteered at the finca, I absolutely fell in love with Trufa. I've never met such an amazing, calm and loving horse. It's so beautiful to see how loved he is and how well his horse mommy cares for him. Much love xx

So sad……Awesome horse to have survived such an ordeal….LOVE shown to others is more powerful than any sport. By using horses only for sport, and then neglecting or destroying them after their usefulness is done for, is a great injustice to any living thing and is regarded as a loss and waste of life, besides going against ourselves as humans and caretakers of our planet. Humanity needs to take a lesson of courage from this horse and be better caretakers, otherwise how can we ever even call ourselves human or even a humane species……HIGH 5

You are feeding him good he looks better but his coat is still bad. You’ve had him for two years his coat should look better I would put him on an extensive worm program and get his teeth done he should be a lot better condition you’ve had him over two years. I have gotten race horses in a lot worse condition then he was when you got him . With in six months there looking beautiful again shiny dappled fat try worming him and doing his teeth that’s the most important thing you can do for horses and thank you for rescuing horses God bless you.

Thanks for the concern, however we can assure you that he is very healthy. His teeth were actually just done in a video 3 weeks ago. As for his coat, it's his winter fluff. But because the weather is always very hot even in winter their winter fluff gets sun bleached. It is now transition period and the coat is falling out. In a month he will be shiny again ☺️
