Has anyone dyno the before and after to see if it actually increases HP? I am kinda lining towards the S&B cold air. But I think HP is king and that should determine which one.

Just installed an AFE CAI last week on the Reaper. It’s awesome. You can definitely feel the difference.

Very late to this video. Saw one of your more recent videos and had to come back to the install of this cold air intake on the TRX. Like on any cold air intake don’t know if any benefits are being gotten but this thing sure looks BABASS!! Really adds a lot to the look of the engine bay and if nothing else makes it worth the money in my book. Leave it to Horsepower obsessed to install nothing but the best on one of his RIGS. All of his mods are always clean and tastefully done

I really appreciate that! Thank you. I do like the intake for a few reasons, the ones you listed as well as the fact that you can hear the supercharger more and the filters are reusable. It is said to add some horsepower but there are a lot of other reasons to add this on top of that!

Yes it does sound awesome or should I say more awesome. The TRX sounds unbelievable in stock form but the cold air intake does add even more supercharger wine which is always a good thing

Love the TRX mods. I have an AFE intake on my Hellcat and it really made a difference. I believe AFE claimed a 35 HP increase. I noticed increased Supercharger whine and quicker throttle response. I wasn't planning to add any performance mods on my TRX but I may need to reconsider.

Based on reported numbers the afe makes a little more power while maintaining the stock plastic that has the t-Rex eating the Raptor!

No drone at all. 70 to 80mph in 8th gear and it's all good!

Supposedly helps gas mileage to some degree but nothing you’ll notice. Efficiency is more so filtration/flow
