***** that was charity, admittingly he has been talking about maybe having a limited amount / stock of prints. He's been asking us if we'd be interested in it and I for one would be. I'm a photography and film lover myself and I appreciate Ben that bit more as he's done everything self-taught himself and his work is amazing. The fact he's been putting some of his work in the vlogs have added a new perspective on my side to the images that don't make it on his IG account and getting to see the image as a whole too.

Been taking equestrian photos of my girlfriend and her horse for 3 years now and I can say they are beautiful animals. Never been able to ride one my self sadly but they are amazing to take photos of such an amazing feeling to be close to an animal so powerful! :D (Also amazing photos again Ben!) :)

My mom is a horse trainer, shes done it her whole life :) That's how I ended up here in good old Kentucky, USA. Horse capital and the home of bourbon. Talk about a whiskey selection! In Canada its a vineyard or an estate. ahaha SP playpen, its an indoor paddock or i suppose you could call it an arena :) I looove horse back riding, I id a camp for 3 weeks one summer its its my fav memory. I learnt to groom and English ride and its such a bond that you cant even explain it!! I miss riding, maybe this summer I shall do it again! Awesome vlog!

In Australia it's a winery or wine estates. The best wine is in South Australia at Primo Estate. Check it out sometime!! They also made FRESH olive oil too.

Are people living in those dilapidated shacks 0:08 - 0:11? From 9:30 to 9:40 what a contrast, from yuppie heaven to scorched earth! I remember seeing SP back when he was picking you up at Heathrow, taking you to Heathrow, or hanging out with you at Giro's, I thought he was a fellow Brit, but he's been in your Cape Town vlogs for so long and now we've met his brother, who manages the wine farm, I guess he's South African? Or not? Your vlogs never fail to entertain from wine tasting, haute cuisine, beautiful horses, erotic art, and snippets of shantytowns. All in a day's fun & work! A whiskey worth half a million rand, eh? It's insane how scarcity creates value. Thanks!

SP is South African yes :) and yes the shacks are where 80% of Cape Town live, in Townships. There's a huge gap between the rich and the poor, but in Cape Town everyone is lives in the same city right on each others doorsteps, it takes some getting used to, but it's always on my mind, I think about it a lot, and still the answer is not 'do not live here' so I'll continue to do my thing here in Cape Town, contributing to the local economy as best I can, particularly coffee shops :)

I don't know about the South African government & politics, but I hope they're making a massive effort to provide good public education, so that people can escape poverty. I wonder if this 20-80 gap is growing or diminishing. According to UN data, the ratio of average income of the richest 20% to the poorest 20% in South Africa is 17.9. By comparison the U.S. is 8.4 and Japan 3.4.
