They need to be making stuff for all legions or making more generic models. So far if you aren't SoH or IF then you are just a paint scheme. All the box art, the models ect they act as if SoH and IF are the only factions in Horus heresy. Even with standard models like the spartan assault tank you get tones of IF and SoH icons to add, there's 7 of them and only transfers for them, No reason they couldn't have given you an icon for each legion to customise and a transfer sheet that covers everyone but no. also they discontinued the land raider and mars pattern legion doors so even if you wanted to throw money at forge world to make your units more legion specific they can't even be bothered to keep the old moulds going

100% in the new starter box for 2.0 there was only SOH or IF transfers. All the new box art is like SOH lol. I know right thats crazy about the doors. The one that got my recently was the new Super heavy tanks. Didn't even make them in plastic. ROFL. only the sponsons.

Man, I love the 30k models so much. If I’m being honest I feel like the 30k models are a lot better than the first born 40k models. I love the primaris marines personally, but I hate the firstborn models, even the fairly newer ones. I’m probably gonna get a ton of 30k models just so I can use them for 40k. Also, I really really hate that they’re still using resin. Just give me plastic, why use two different materials it doesn’t make any sense

You can do that for sure. I mix and match them all the time. I use 30k heas and shoulder pads especially. I also use 40k stuff on my 30k. Although an unpopular thing to do in the 30k commity. You can get some really mad variation in your models

Sweet. Another IF character. Stuff like this is disheartening and makes me question if i even want to continue to invest in a game company that flat out ignores a large portion of their fan base.

Its a bit of a spit in the face TBH. I really feel bad for raven guard, Iron Warriors and Salamanders players especially. The other thing is the resin characters. If they want to bring in new blood, those players are going to want plastic kits. Its the 30k community and player base that keeps me going. It really does seem ike Lip service at this point for them, just throw them what ever to tick the box on our promises.
