Awesome! I'm still not 100% sure what colours I'm going with. Thinking straight up black now so I can use as Dark Angels Ravenwing and then the Ravenguard too. Have fun getting your army ready!

You can tell that you're not into the lore because you like the choice of mk6 for the set lol Its gone from being a rare armour really only used by a couple distinct legions and sporadically in others to being a wide spread armour as much as mk3 just to sell models The green was used after the fallen were a thing, to differentiate from the fallen being in black armor, the ravenwing however did stay black so that is one way you could stay all black. The fight between luther and the lion happened immediately after the end of the horus heresy ie after the siege of terra as part of the great scouring, there would be no green dark angels during the horus heresy or the siege of terra as the dark angels were not even at the siege of terra and changed colors after it. There was a standard that the hh had that was a little more adult or structured than 40k, with the introduction of so many who dont even like the lore, hh2.0 is pretty much 40k(anything goes) If every system consists of the same "anything goes" attitude ..then all systems are pretty much the same There is no order, no differences between the systems, nothing thats unique ...its all just chaos..... the spokespeople are now content creators who know of and care little for the universe, with positive vibes because they are ignorant and want the next paycheck ..... I have no issue with new comers being ignorant, just the "influencers" not knowing much about the product.Saying that, it is a whole bunch of lore to read and retain so cant complain much but that issue would be solved by asking those influencers who actually knew the hh lore in the first place. I agree with a lot of what you said about the hipsters jumping on the bandwagon, when the real 30k fans whom had channels for years haven't been invited to the special events, I never saw MrBrains 30k channel or the outer circle get an invite for example. The Mk6 thing, yes it was rare I hear you, I'd of much preferred half the box to have been mk2 in plastic and say mk4, that way you could have two distinct sides in the box or mix and match squads for visual interest , after all there's a bloody civil war on so less fashion parade more get what's in stock and salvaged on lads to fight. I'm not concerned about Mk6 being in the box set because you can just say one whole company got some Mk6 to trial but I get what you mean, but it's nothing new unfortunately the established lore changes to suit profits... Primaris marines for example.
